This mural depicting the legendary passing of the water bottle between Coppi and Bartali (who was passing the water bottle to whom?) is on the wall of an unassuming house in Carrè, in the Val d'Astico.
This wonderful animated float was created by locals in Sant'Antonio, a town at the foot of Monte Pasubio, to celebrate the passage of the Giro d'Italia. Bartali's legs turned the pedals and his head turned to and fro.
